Provided leadership and executive level guidance to European renewable energy company through fractional CMO and General Management services to design and develop an investment platform for the global renewable energy industry. Created brand strategy, wrote business and marketing strategy plans, oversaw site design blueprints and provided full oversight of digital business unit as General Manager.
LEADING BUSINESS SOLUTION REVIEW PLATFORM
Researched and developed strategy for a leading user-generated online review business. Produced a digital strategy document with an emphasis on competitive positioning and product offerings, providing recommendations in respect of the features and functionality in greatest demand by its own user base as well as broader target market.
MEDIA SERVICE PLATFORM ECOSYSTEM FOR THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
The original mandate was to create a Marketing Plan including both a strategic plan as well as actionable tactical marketing plan focusing on the business as a whole including overall brand messaging with a view towards long term impact, scalability and success. Subsequent work has included ongoing mentoring of inhouse marketing staff and business consulting at the executive management level.
